Chronic illness Group Schedule & Details
Our Hypermobility, Dysautonomia, & Chronic Illness group will take place biweekly on Saturdays from 12:00-1:00pm.

Cost:If you have Carefirst or Cigna insurance, your insurance will be billed for sessions and you will be responsible for your copay/coinsurance or potential deductible. If you do not have one of those insurance carriers, the self-pay rate for group is $35 per session.
Cancellation and no show fees:We will not charge fees for cancellation or no shows. IF you miss 2 consecutive group sessions, your spot may be given to someone else UNLESS you let us know that you plan to return.
Please make an effort to communicate absences in advance to support the overall cohesiveness of group.
If you are no longer interested or able to join group, please let us know so we can make space for a new member.
